My name is Phett (pronounced ‘pet’) Houngmany. I emigrated to the U.S. as a child, escaping the brutal genocide of Cambodia’s Khmer Rouge regime). Over the years I realized I had an aptitude for mechanical things and eventually became skilled in HVAC, ventilation, kitchen hoods, and a host of other services. Eventually I started my own company and called it Three Elephants representing the mythical three-headed Erawan, which symbolizes strength, wisdom, and prosperity.
In 2026 we rebranded as SteadyHVAC and expanded our service offerings to include flooring, drywall, and other infrastructure services. Same professionalism, friendliness, and dependability, much broader menu of options. I’m still involved in every aspect of our work and you can always reach me by emailing info@www.steadyhvac.com.
