A kitchen redesign created new airflow challenges. We updated the restaurant’s ventilation system to include a new smart-flow system integrated with a smart, energy-efficient thermostat system. Per the owner’s request, we also went with a polished nickel, exposed appearance that worked beautifully with the restaurant’s design aesthetic.
